Kelley Smith

Kelley Smith MSN, APRN, FNP-C

OWNER, PROVIDER AND MASTER INJECTOR

Kelley was born and raised in Tyler, Texas. She has been married for 24 years. She and her husband have been blessed with two incredible children. Their family has resided in Tyler since 2006.

Kelley is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 22 years of healthcare experience.
She began her medical career in 2000 after graduating from the University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2012. Kelley has practiced in Tyler since 2012 in internal medicine.

Mark Eldore, M.D.

Board Certified in Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility/OBGYN

Dr. Eldore was born in Spokane, Washington. Married 26 years to his high school sweetheart, Dr. Eldore and his wife have four children ranging in age from teenage to early twenties.

Dr. Eldore graduated from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska in 1995. Afterwards, he and his family moved to Temple, Texas to complete his residency training program at Scott and White Hospital until 1999. He spent the next 4 years practicing Ob/Gyn for the United States Air Force at Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier City, Louisiana.

His desire to return to Texas brought him to Athens where he planted roots, lived, and has owned and operated Athens Women’s & Children’s Center for the last 10 years.
